In search for the best halo-halo to beat the summer heat?! You may want to try Little Quiapo’s Fiesta Halo – halo! This Filipino restaurant is just located near Philippine Heart Center, SSS and LTO.

Little Quiapo
Actually, this would be our 2nd time to eat at this place! We ordered for Kare – kare, binagoongang baboy, rice platter and their famous fiesta halo – halo! There’s nothing special about their kare – kare and binagoongan but my hubby and I likes their traditional halo – halo compared to Razon’s.

If I were to go here using public transportation, which is the best way to go? Do I have to get off the bus at the entrance of Brgy. Pinyahan along East Ave.?

@ Jenn: I’m sorry but I’m not familiar with that entrance along East Ave. but it’s best if you get off Phil. Heart Center or QC City Hall (along Kalayaan) and take a tricycle. Just ask the driver to drop you off to Little Quiapo in Malakas St.
