Nicole doesn’t want to watch Puss & Boots so I had a movie date with my hubby in Greenbelt. We took our lunch at Ma Maison while waiting for the movie to start. They are located at Greenbelt 2 and serve Japanese Western food.
We ordered Aloe vera apple (left) and Green Tea Citrus which is an expensive version of calamansi juice 
Each is for Php125.

As you can see, their Miso Soup (Php 140) is way too different from what we’re used to. It is so rich and the flavor is too strong for me, probably too much miso paste?! This was their soup for the day so we tried it but will no longer order this again. We didn’t even consume it all!

I’m glad we ordered Beef Stroganoff (Php 375) which has tender beef strips served with rice omelette. This dish saved our whole meal!
When we entered the resto, I saw from another table that they’re eating something black and got curious. I checked out the menu and it’s called Squid Ink Spaghetti (Php 275). Out of curiosity, we ordered it since I haven’t tasted this one yet. Instead of using squid, they used cuttlefish instead. It took around 20mins. before this dish was served but it’s not worth waiting because it was just bland!

If you don’t mind having instant black lipstick while eating this, then you can try it. Not good for a first date eh?! LOL!
