Sagada Restaurants

Here are some of the resto’s that we visited in Sagada.

Alfredo’s Inn and Restaurant - This is located just near the town hall. As soon as we arrived to Sagada, we took our breakfast at Alfredo’s.

Yoghurt House – Aside from their famous yoghurts, their carbonara is also a must try! :) I know that authentic Italian carbonara doesn’t have cream on it but I like it creamy! And this is the creamiest carbonara that I’ve ever tasted, next would be Gourdo’s. Their service may be slow but it’s worth the wait.

Masferre’s Country Inn and Restaurant - As you enter the resto, you will immediately notice old photos of Sagada’s most popular son, Eduardo Masferre. They mainly serve Filipino food. The food was great but I just find it quite pricey.

Sagada, Mountain Province

After Banaue, we went to Sagada. It is one of the municipalities in Mountain Province. For the adventurous traveller, this is the place where you could go trekking, spelunking, rapelling, camping and caving! It is famous for the “hanging coffins” and its challenging caves! Their climate is like Baguio but since this is not yet centralized, it is much colder.
